I am asking all councils in Wales about replacement domestic bins, associated costs and revenue. I would like to request for the last three financial years; - The number of domestic / household bins that have been provided by your authority. - The number of domestic / household bins that have been replaced by your authority. Where possible, break the type of bin down, and reason for replacement. I would also like to request the total expenditure for both the provision and replacement bins per year, and if any charge is exercised for replacement bins, the total expected revenue and the total collected revenue.

I am asking all councils in Wales about replacement domestic bins, associated costs and revenue. The authority supplied every household in the borough with a 140ltr bin in 2015. Type - The type of bins would be either a 140ltr for resident or a 240ltr for extra capacity (large family, nappies etc.) Reason - The 3 main reasons are stolen new property or exchange for extra capacity or extra capacity being removed as it is no longer required.
