Cwestiwn

I am requesting information on home schooling or home educated children across Wales. As part of that project I would like to request from your local authority, for the last three full academic years: - The number of known home schooled children - The number of households with homeschooled children - The number of formal notices (notices to satisfy or similar) issued. - The number of Attendance Orders (or similar) that were subsequently issued. - The number of Education Supervision Orders (or similar) that have been issued. - The number of prosecutions related to non-compliance and outcomes (eg. fine of £x) I would also like to request the latest copy of any annual report (or similar) presented to a scrutiny committee and/or elected members that refers to home educated children.
