I would like to ask what electronic document management system your institution use? How long do you use this system? Is it possible to estimate how much it costs to maintain the system on an annual basis?
Answer
I would like to ask what electronic document management system your institution use? How long do you use this system? The system we use is Northgate’s NEC Document Management system, since approx. 2007. Is it possible to estimate how much it costs to maintain the system on an annual basis? Unfortunately, we cannot provide the cost as its integrated with other contracts and we only get one invoice for everything.
