Inclusion of Travel Costs: o Does your council pay separately for travel time and mileage for commissioned domiciliary care, or is this built into the hourly rate? 4. We do not have a standard rate for domiciliary care – rates are based on providers’ own fee breakdowns submitted as part of a Framework o Any variations in rates based on complexity of care (e.g., standard vs. specialist care).
