1. The public register of LA-PPC (part B permits) and LA-IPPC (part A2 installations) processes regulated under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 that ideally would include the following information: • The reference no. for the permit, name and address of the permit holder, address for which the permit is granted, grid reference, date of issue, the process undertaken, and the current status of the permit. An Excel or .csv file would be preferable, but we would be grateful for this information in whichever format is easiest for you to provide. • We would also like to request details of any enforcement notices issued relating to breaches of the terms of the above permits. Where none have been issued we would be grateful if you could confirm as such. 2. Details of any entries in the public register for sites designated as contaminated land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 within your area or any sites under active investigation which shows information on: • the address • grid reference • date of designation • site boundaries for all sites designated within your area. • If there are no such sites, please could you confirm as such.

No sites have been designated as contaminated under Part 2A of the EPA 1990.
