I am seeking the following under the FOI Act. Can you please share the following information?: 1) In the 2024-2025 academic year, how many school attendance fines / penalty notices did the local authority serve to parents? 2. In the 2024-25 academic year how many prosecutions relating to school absence were there and what was the result of those prosecutions? How many are still outstanding? 3. Please provide a breakdown of reasons for school attendance fines and prosecutions (ie unauthorised holiday, poor school attendance etc) in the 2024-25 academic year. 4. How much money did the local authority receive in fines paid for non attendance at school in the academic year 2024-25 and what was that money then used for/where did it go?
