Relating to Councillor Kevin O’Neill and the Adjudication Panel for Wales case APW/001/2020-021/CT, please provide: 1. Details of any financial or legal support provided by the Council in connection with that case, including payments to external legal representatives, internal officer time charged, indemnities or insurance cover. 2. A copy (or summary) of the Council’s policy on supporting members subject to Code-of-Conduct investigations or tribunal hearings. 3. Confirmation of whether the Council holds any written record, minutes, or notes of Monitoring Officer advice to Cllr O’Neill relating to the 15 August 2018 Luther Lane meeting — noting that paragraphs 71-72 of the APW decision state there was “no written record of that advice at the time.” If no record existed then, please confirm whether any retrospective record was created after the hearing. 4. Whether any feedback or recommendations were received from the APW following that case and what procedural or training changes were implemented as a result. 5. Since 1 January 2018, details of any other councillors who have received legal or financial support in Code-of-Conduct cases, showing total costs where available
