There is no dedicated budget for addressing Empty Homes within the Environmental Health. It’s all deal with within existing budgets except for National Empty Homes Scheme in which there is a capital budget for match element of the fund. The grant fund is circa £120K for the duration of the grant fund scheme. RCT administer the scheme and have all details on grants issued and match funding provided each financial year.
