Re: I now have possession of the land registry map search to accurately identify the location of the incident in question. Maps attached. It has come to my attention that works are being undertaken on overhanging trees in the locality. Perhaps you can confirm that this is being funded by the local authority as presumably concerns have been raised, including mine, as to the dangerous nature of the area and the risk to members of the public either on foot or in vehicles.
