The total number of social work assessments awaiting completion as at the most recent reporting date. 2. Of these, how many were: a) unallocated to a social worker b) allocated but not completed 3. The number of assessments outstanding beyond statutory timescales at that date. 4. If available, a breakdown of the above figures by service area or team. 5. 1. The total number of social work assessments awaiting completion as at the most recent reporting date = As of 12/02/2026 There are 154 Assessments open awaiting completion. 2. Of these, how many were: a) unallocated to a social worker = None were unallocated to a social worker; all our assessments are allocated on the system we use. b) allocated but not completed = All 154 Assessments 3. The number of assessments outstanding beyond statutory timescales at that date = We have 132 assessments open that have gone past the date of completing within 42 working days although it’s vital to note the vast majority if not all of these assessments are validations whereby an assessment has accidentally been left open and not closed. 4. If available, a breakdown of the above figures by service area or team = Not available. 5. Monthly backlog figures for the previous 12 months (or the longest period readily available). = Not available.
