Could I ask for the plans for the building of 90 houses behind model cottages Penyard please
Answer
There are no plans available at present. MVH will now work on developing the plans for the scheme (fully considering all relevant issues such as ground conditions, traffic, parking etc) before sharing the proposal with the community as part of a statutory pre-application process. Members of the public will be able to engage with MVH at this point.
When a full planning application is submitted, a further consultation period will be held on the plans/information submitted. Residents within the vicinity of the site will be notified of this consultation by either a site notice or a letter
