I am looking for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessment and authorisation data from your Local Authority Adult Social Services Department. I am requesting the following information regarding adult services only:
1. How many Standard Authorisation (Form 1 and Form 2) requests does this LA currently* have , which have been waiting more than 28 days for Authorisation to be assessed and granted?
2. How many Urgent Authorisations (Form 1) are currently in place exceeding a 7 calendar day duration?
3. How many requests for review (Form 10) Does the LA currently have which have been waiting more than 28 days for a review to be completed?
4. How many active Standard Authorisations do you currently have in place?
5. How many active Urgent Authorisations do you currently have in place?
6. If you are unable to provide data for 4&5, how many active Authorisations total do you currently have in place?
7. How many Best Interest Assessors (FTE) are currently employed in your Adult Social Services team?
