The Council has reviewed the bank statement for the Escrow Account for 30 April-31 May 2025. This confirms that no funds were transferred from the Escrow Account to Merthyr (South Wales) Ltd, its agents, or any related companies during that period.
2. What funds remain in the Escrow account containing the restoration guarantee fund
The bank statement for May 2025 confirms that the balance held in the Escrow Account at that time was approximately £14.1 million.
