If it is a parental engagement event (Where parents attend with their child) then they are informed, but this is as an invitation. Otherwise, this is not a part of school policy. School social media will often share where a visitor has come into the school.

The school does not maintain a record

Parents are made aware of two seasonal assemblies (IE: Collective worship sessions) where a local Pastor is invited to contribute. Parents are made aware through the school's prospectus of the ability to withdraw pupils from collective worship. There is no legal right to withdraw pupils from religion, values and ethics (RVE) for schools in Wales. These sessions are organised however in line with the attached policy. IE: Pupils are clear this is not the only point of view or religious teaching.
