Please provide copies of the minutes of all council meetings held by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council from 1 January to 31 March of the current year.
In addition, I would be grateful if you could clarify whether the records of these meetings include:
- documents or submissions provided by members of the public for consideration at those meetings; and
- any internal memoranda, reports, or briefing documents associated with the meetings.
If such materials are held, please advise on their availability and whether they may be requested.
