We have attached a plan showing the extents of the proposed highway adoption.

a) 2.1 (b-d) roads – There is a signed section 38 agreement in place for the development (Porth Y Dyffryn). However, I would point out the adoption of the Highway is also dependant on the adoption of the main drainage by Welsh Water. (please refer to the attached plan for further details)
