I would like to request the following information covering the period 1st April 2022 to 31th March 2026 (or the duration of the SPF programme locally):
1. Structure and Governance
Organisational charts or structure charts showing:
How the Multiply programme was structured within the Council
How it linked to the wider People & Skills SPF theme
Reporting lines for Multiply, including:
Programme management
Links to Adult Community Learning (ACL), employability, or regeneration functions
2. Roles and Post Titles
A list of all roles/posts that were fully or partially funded by SPF within Multiply and/or the People & Skills theme, including:
Job titles
Service area / team
Whether roles were fixed-term, permanent, or seconded
3. Grades and Salary Bands
For each role identified, please provide:
Local authority grade (or equivalent)
Associated salary range or band (if available)
4. Job Descriptions and Person Specifications
Copies of job descriptions and person specifications for roles associated with:
The Multiply programme
People & Skills delivery (including ACL-related roles funded by SPF where held by the Council)
5. Programme Delivery Roles
Details of roles directly involved in the delivery and management of Multiply, including (where applicable):
Programme / project managers
Coordinators or officers
Administrative or support roles
Where held, please distinguish between:
Council-employed roles
Roles delivered via commissioned partners (e.g. third sector or training providers)
