b) Whether it pays any annual membership fees to any schemes or programmes run by any charities, and if so, what is the cost of this, e.g., the Stonewall Proud Employers Scheme;

c) Whether the Council is intending to join, has already joined, or will be joining, the City of Sanctuary Network, and how much this costs, e.g. membership or accreditation fees;

d) If the Council has previously funded or will be funding any events to do with Pride or other similar activities or events, and if it has made a financial or in-kind contribution in any way, how much is it worth;

e) How much does it cost, on average, to fill a pothole in the area under the Council’s jurisdiction?


Answer

a) To which charities the Council supports or donates, and how much money goes towards said support or donations.

The mayor’s office provides support in kind with the Mayor hosting the Buckland Trust Charity monthly meetings at the Mayors Parlour

We do not support or donate to any charities in adult social care

We have contracts and SLA’s with some organisations who are registered as charities, but they also provide regulated services which we commission

b) Whether it pays any annual membership fees to any schemes or programmes run by any charities, and if so, what is the cost of this, e.g., the Stonewall Proud Employers Scheme; No

c) Whether the Council is intending to join, has already joined, or will be joining, the City of Sanctuary Network, and how much this costs, e.g. membership or accreditation fees; No

d) If the Council has previously funded or will be funding any events to do with Pride or other similar activities or events, and if it has made a financial or in-kind contribution in any way, how much is it worth; - financial - £20,000 in 2025/26

e) How much does it cost, on average, to fill a pothole in the area under the Council’s jurisdiction? – £80 Per pothole
