The only records held by either planning or building control in relation to the property in question are as follows:

• A dangerous structure was reported to Building Control in April 2024 as there was guttering hanging loose from the property. A Section 78 notice (under the Building Act 1984 (as amended)) was served, and the works were carried out in default at that time.
