Can you please tell me why you have installed tarmac ramps on the entry/exit roads to Cyfarthfa Retail Park?
Is it an accident black spot?
Did you have some spare tarmac you needed to dispose of?
Or is it your ideological belief that all drivers need to be treated like children?

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council did not install the ramps in question, and the road is not owned or maintained by the Council. You may wish to contact the owners of Cyfarthfa Retail Park directly for further information regarding their installation.
