Could you please supply me with a copy of the latest operational version of the escrow account contract between Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (MTCBC) and Merthyr (South Wales) Limited (MSW), the operator of the Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme (FLRS).
(The escrow account holds the surety bond and security fallback sum of circa £15 Million in support of the final restoration of Ffos-y-fran administered under circumstances defined in the escrow contract; e.g. if the operator were to fail to meet their contractual obligations to deliver the final restoration).
