Please provide the following information about the Council's adult and children's social care functions:
1. The name and job title of the current postholder for each of the following roles (or the nearest equivalent title used by the Council):
a. Director of Adult Social Services
b. Head of Commissioning (Adults)
c. Head of Commissioning (Children's Services)
d. Manager responsible for care brokerage / placements
e. Manager responsible for Direct Payments
f. Lead officer for Continuing Healthcare and joint-funded care packages (including section 117 aftercare)
g. Head of Service (or equivalent) for children in care placements / children's residential and complex placements
2. The corporate work email address and telephone number for each postholder listed in (1), or where individual contact details are withheld, the team email address and telephone number through which each function can be contacted.
3. The team/shared email addresses used by external care providers to contact:
a. the adults' brokerage or placements team;
b. the children's placements or commissioning team;
c. the Direct Payments team (or the name and contact details of any external organisation contracted to provide Direct Payments support).
