1. Who is your current IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) provider?

2. When does the current ITAD contract expire?

3. What is the total annual value of the ITAD contract?

4. Was the contract awarded through a procurement framework? If so, please state which framework.

5. Approximately how many desktop PCs are currently in use?

6. Approximately how many laptops are currently in use?

7. Approximately how many tablets are currently in use?

8. Approximately how many mobile phones are currently managed?

9. Approximately how many end-user devices are disposed of each year?

10. What is your standard hardware refresh cycle for desktops and laptops?

11. Is data sanitisation performed internally or by your ITAD provider?

12. Which data erasure software or standard is used (for example, Blancco or NIST SP 800-88)?

13. During the last completed financial year, approximately what revenue was generated through the resale of redundant IT equipment?

14. If no revenue was generated, please confirm whether retired equipment is recycled, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of.

15. Which department is responsible for managing the ITAD contract?
