Formal representations against Penalty Charge Notices are processed by the South Wales Parking Group (SWPG). Representations may be submitted online via the SWPG challenge portal. Postal representations may be sent to:

The Council does not hold a dedicated email address for the submission of formal representations, as the process is managed through the SWPG online portal.

Informal challenges submitted before the service of a Notice to Owner are also processed by SWPG. The Council is not aware of separate contact details for a distinct informal challenge team, and challenges are submitted through the SWPG challenge system.
