Contaminated Land Determinations
The Local Authority has not designated any sites as "contaminated land" under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 since 1 January 2017.
Accordingly, the number of sites formally determined as contaminated land during the requested period is zero. The Council can therefore confirm that no such determinations have been made between 1 January 2017 and the date of this request.
