Regarding long-term empty residential properties within your local authority area.

The following information for residential properties currently recorded as empty for six months or longer:

1. Full property address, including postcode.

2. The date the property was first recorded as empty, or alternatively the length of time it has been empty.

3. Where available, whether the property is:

o Empty for 6–12 months

o Empty for 12–24 months

o Empty for 2–5 years

o Empty for more than 5 years

4. Whether an Empty Homes Premium is currently being charged against the property.

5. The council tax property band, where this can lawfully be disclosed.

Please exclude:

• Council-owned residential properties.

• Housing association/social landlord properties where identifiable.

• Properties used solely as second homes rather than genuinely vacant dwellings.

I am not requesting the names, telephone numbers, email addresses or other personal details of individual property owners.
