If available, could you please confirm:
• whether it can be provided at address level; • which fields it contains (for example, address, date identified as empty, and length of vacancy); • whether it is publicly available, available through an open-data portal, or would require a Freedom of Information request; and • any restrictions, exemptions, fees, or reuse conditions that apply.
