In particular, are you able to provide me with: 1. The number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued to vehicles for parking outside or beyond the markings of a designated parking bay, including both on-street parking and council-operated car parks for each of the following years: 2023 2024 2025 2026 (please provide figures up to the latest point available this year) Where possible, please break these figures down by private/passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle/van. 2. The total amount of money received by the council from PCNs issued to vehicles for parking outside or beyond the markings of a designated parking bay, including both on-street parking and council-operated car parks for each of the following years: 2023 2024 2025 2026 (please provide figures up to the latest point available this year) Where possible, please break these figures down by private/passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle/van.
