Under the Freedom of Information Act please could you provide me with a list/table of all current licensed dog breeders, with their location, post code and breeder reference number. Please also provide copies of all inspections of the licensed dog breeders and pet shops in your local authority area from 01 January 2017 to 31 December 2018. Please provide any appendices, such as enhancement and enrichment plans; socialisation plans; vet reports/annual health checks; or any other documentation referred to in the inspection report.
