1. The Revenues Department of the Local Authority does not use a does not currently use the services of an external tracing agent, research firm or genealogists to assist with finding owners of empty or presumed empty, privately owned residential properties.

The only service to try to confirm ownership that is currently used is the Land Registry

Bringing properties back into homes the answer will be MelissaClee@Merthyr.Gov if it is for Council Tax charges on long term empty properties it will be mark.price@merthyr.gov.uk
