Special leave and maternity/paternity/adoption leave policies (schools and corporate) attached with details of leave and pay entitlement included. 2. For the most recent three financial years (or calendar years) for which data is held: a) the number of employees who took paternity leave, and b) the average number of weeks taken per employee, and c) if available, a breakdown of take-up by type of pay (e.g. full pay vs statutory pay). Over the last 3 years (Jan 2023 - Dec 2025): 43 employees have taken paternity leave 29 employees took 2 weeks – i.e. 1 week at full pay (maternity support leave) plus 1 week statutory (the lower of flat rate SMP or 90% of weekly pay) 14 employees took 1 week – i.e. 1 week at full pay (maternity support leave) 3.
