1. How many individual domiciliary care contracts have been handed back to you by providers in each of the financial years above.
There were 4 instances where the provider gave notice on the package – in 2 cases this was due to inappropriate behaviours on the part of the service users, 1 due to inappropriate behaviour from the son of a service user and 1 where the next of kin was victimising the provider staff.
2. Please also detail the number of hours of care that were contained in those contracts per week
An average of 32 hours per week, representing approximately 0.75% of the total weekly hours provided
