• Any modelling, analysis, or reports comparing:
o parental preferences vs available school places
o catchment demand vs actual admissions
• Any documents identifying schools with:
o consistently high demand (oversubscription)
o consistently low demand (surplus places)
• Any internal assessments of “unpopular” or under-subscribed schools
2. Out-of-Catchment Trends Please provide:
• A breakdown of out-of-catchment placements by school for the last 5 academic years (if available beyond previous FOI)
• Any analysis or reports explaining:
o why parents are choosing schools outside catchment areas
o trends in parental preference over time
3. Transport Costs and Impact Please provide:
• Total annual cost of home-to-school transport for the last 5 financial years
• The proportion of that cost attributable to:
o pupils attending schools outside their nearest or catchment school
