2. How many schools, if any, have been identified as non-compliant with Regulation 20 in respect of staff toilet provision?

3. Does the authority have a policy or guidance specifically addressing compliance with Regulation 20 in relation to staff toilet provision at its schools? If so, please provide a copy.

However, we believe information of this nature may be held by the Schools within the Borough, who will also be covered by the Freedom of Information Act. We attach a copy of the model health and safety policy for Merthyr schools to adopt/ratify as they see necessary with their Governing Bodies. Provision of toilet facilities is covered on page 28 and 29 – we have included it below
