Re: Section 215 notices and related enforcement action

Enforcement action taken by Merthyr Tydfil Council in respect of land and buildings whose condition adversely affects the amenity of the area, covering the last five years:

1. The address of each property or site in respect of which a notice under section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 has been served.

2. The date each notice was served and the current status of the notice (complied with, outstanding, appealed, prosecuted, or works in default carried out).

3. The address and date for any Improvement Notices served under the Housing Act 2004 in respect of residential properties.

4. The address and date of any Empty Dwelling Management Orders (interim or final) made or applied for.
