1. I would like to request all costs involved in taking a Parking Charge Notice from its initial detection to the final stage of going to an enforcement agency. 2. I would like to also request the name of the enforcement agency that you use too.

1. • Fines when issued are either £25 or £35 depending on the contravention (higher or lower charge level). (14 days are allowed to pay at this discounted amount) • After 14 days (if no challenge received) fines are increased to full amount £50 or £70. • Notice To Owner sent 28 days after fine still at £70 • Charge certificate is sent after another 28 days with an increase to fine of 50% - £75 & £105 • After a further 14 days if no response we register the debt with Northampton Court adding fee of £7 to both charge levels - £82 & £112. • After 21 days if no response to our TE3/TE9 letter - we forward to bailiffs (they add their fees) 2. MTCBC use Swift Credit Services, Excel Civil Enforcement Ltd , Andrew James Enforcement Ltd and MTCBC in house bailiffs.
