How many children who started to be looked after because of abuse or neglect live in Communities First Clusters or Flying Start areas in the year 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16. If possible could this data be broken down by age category, such as 0-1 year, 1-4 years, 5-9 years, 10-15 years, 16-17 years and 18 and over?
By looked after I refer to children on care orders and children provided with accommodation by the local authority.
