Overview
You can now recycle small, handheld, unwanted electrical items by placing them in a clear bag at the side of, or on top of your recycling container. We can accept items such as kettles, toasters, irons and other small kitchen appliances, small hair appliances, small DVD and games consoles and remote controls. We are unable to collect large items such as televisions, fridges, washing machines and large desktop computers. (These items can be taken to Dowlais/Aberfan HRCs or you can request a bulky collection)

your carrier bag containing small electrical items must be outside by 7.00 a.m. on your collection day
