Considering the latest Government guidelines on hygiene and social distancing, we are asking residents to appropriately disinfect items that have been booked for bulky collection. Disinfected Items will need to be placed kerbside where our crews will be able to collect while adhering to the 2 meter social distancing guidelines. We will not be offering assistance for any items from within a household.
If you or any member of your household has confirmed or suspected cases of Covid-19 please ensure you have taken steps with regard to self isolation and minimisation of risks to visitors to your property. Unfortunately, in these circumstances we will not be able to provide you with the bulky collection service. Please inform us if you develop symptoms prior to your bulky collection.
