Rubble Instructions

The sack for your rubble collection can be collected from Waste Services Depot, Unit 20a Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park, Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil CF48 4DR, between the hours of 8:30 am and 2.45pm. The officer issuing the sack will need your booking reference number to perform a quick check on our system to advise of correct placement for collection and provide you with the correct number of sacks.

The agreed collection point should be easy to access, not underneath trees or overhead cables and free of any trip hazards. It is advised to fill the bag at the agreed collection point. The easier we can reach the sack, the quicker we can collect it.

Please do not put any of the following into the sack:-

Household waste
Asbestos
Batteries
Tyres
Gas cylinders
Pressurised containers
Paint tins
Tv's / monitors
Trade Waste
Fluorescent tubes
Liquids of any description

Important! We will not refund the collection or collect the sack if it contains any of the waste listed above, you will need to make alternative arrangements to remove the waste.

This collection will take place from the agreed collection point. The sack needs to be at the agreed collection point by 7 am on the day of collection.
To change the day of collection you will need to contact us two working days before the scheduled collection
We cannot refund you for this service if you do not follow the advice given resulting in the sack being uncollected. You will need to make alternative arrangements for the removal of this waste.
