The Council is required to regularly monitor and report on a range of activities and processes such as training, internal and external recruitment. The information we are asking from you below is used solely for this purpose. The individual information supplied will be kept confidential on your personal file on Chris 21 and will not be shared, although you may be contacted about your answers, if you agree. The combined information will be used regularly to produce anonymised reports as part of the monitoring process described above and to fulfil our legal requirements as set out in the Public Sector Equality Duties.
