Beautiful sign greets visitors at Parc Taf Bargoed

Many of our lower valley residents may have noticed that Parc Taf Bargoed had a brand new addition placed at the entrance over the weekend.

The sign was recently found in storage and rescued from one of our depots and our talented Park Warden, Genevieve Sayer, has spent many hours painstakingly restoring the sign to its original state. It now stands proudly at the entrance to the park.

Parks Team Leader, Barry Mason said;
“We were so pleased to be able to restore this beautiful sign and Genevieve has worked incredibly hard on bringing it back to life. We're thrilled that residents, visitors and members of the public will be greeted with this sign as their enter our beautiful park.”
