“I booked my own appointment through the APP the same day”

Cllr Jamie Scriven, MTCBC’s Mental Health Champion commented: “Supporting our children, young people and their families with their mental health and wellbeing is vitally important. We want all our residents to feel they have access to services and feel supported.

“For me as mental health champion it is important that we highlight this service is available to schools, children, young people, and their parents free of charge. Please consider taking advantage of the resources and support we have available through The-Exchange.”

Emma Davies, Director of Youth and Family Services added: “Our services are designed with care and flexibility, ensuring that every individual has access to the support they need, when they need it. We understand that every journey is unique, which is why we offer a range of services to give young people choice and the tools and support to thrive.

“We work closely with schools and community partners to create an inclusive and accessible environment for all. Our mission is to ensure that no child or young person faces their challenges alone. Together, we can build stronger, more resilient futures”
