The levels of Apprenticeships are as below:

|---|---|---|
| Foundation Apprenticeship | NVQ Level 2 | 5 GCSE’s A – D |
| Apprenticeship | NVQ Level 3 | 2 A-level’s A-D |

| Degree Apprenticeship | NVQ Level 6 | Combination of part time study at university or College to gain a Bachelor’s degree whilst working |
Anyone can apply for an apprenticeship as long as you are 16+.
Due to the Apprenticeship framework criteria, it means that applications cannot be accepted from anyone who has gained a similar qualification at Level 3 or above i.e. if there is an apprenticeship in Learning and Development, then you are not eligible to apply if you have a degree in Learning & Development. However, you can apply for another apprenticeship position.
Yes you can submit more than one application for any of our apprenticeship vacancies.
MTCBC Apprenticeships offers a two year fixed term contract. Alongside this you will study your qualification that may last up to the full two years. This is run in conjunction with our external partnerships with Colleges such as Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot or Training providers such as ALS Training and ACT Training.
The National Minimum Wage for Apprenticeships are dependent upon your age.
