Annual Leave
Employees are entitled to 25 days plus bank holidays each completed year. After 5 years service this increases to 30 days plus bank holidays. (Pro rata for part time employees.)
Flexible Working
Our flexi scheme gives employees some flexibility on how long, where and when an employee works. Excess hours may be used to either reduce attendance or take flexi-leave.

Health and Wellbeing
Our Occupational Health service is available to all employees and seeks to promote and maintain health and wellbeing. Employees also have access to our VIVUP Employee Assistance Programme to support them whilst in work or on sickness absence. The council’s health and safety unit exists to prevent any injuries or illnesses occurring at work.
