To apply for a placement, you will need to complete the online application form. We recommend you treat the application like you would a job application, and complete it to the best of your ability.
Please be advised, that due to demand, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a placement.

What will happen next?
Merthyr Tydfil Council is committed to equality and diversity in the workplace, and welcomes work experience applications from all parts of the community.
We aim to respond to all applicants within three weeks, and we will do our best to offer you a placement, although this is not guaranteed.
You may be asked to take part in an informal telephone conversation where we can find out more about you to ensure any placement is tailored to your needs and interests.
