Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme

The Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme (SCL), formerly known as the 21st Century Schools Programme is a long-term building investment programme funded by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council and Welsh Government. The Programme is designed to ensure that school buildings in Merthyr are updated to state-of-the-art learning environments which are well equipped with the best technologies to deliver the new Curriculum for Wales.
