I2A is an LGF‑funded project designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and opportunities you need to move closer to employment. Whether you're looking to improve your job prospects, overcome barriers, or find the right organisation to support your goals, we’re here to help.

What We Offer:

Personalised Employability Support

• Develop your employability and work‑readiness
• Receive tailored, one‑to‑one guidance based on your needs and goals
• Build confidence, skills, and qualifications relevant to today’s labour market

Practical Help to Remove Barriers

• Support with CV writing and updates
• Help with job searching and completing application forms
• Offering 1:1 sessions to address health and wellbeing
• Signposting to partners to strengthen support

Free Online Training Courses

I2A provides access to a range of free online courses to help you strengthen your skills, including:

• Communication Skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Data Protection
• Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety for Catering
• Level 1 Introduction to Safeguarding Children
• Workplace First Aid
• Manual Handling Awareness
