Street Trading Licence

Street trading means the selling, exposing or offering for sale any article (including an item, object and living thing) in a street. The term ‘street’ includes any road, footway or other area the public have access to without payment.

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council has not currently adopted Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for street trading.
