Any guidance issued to staff on the criteria for assessing a DHP claim, particularly: • whether Universal Credit claimants experiencing a shortfall between Universal Credit Housing Element and rent owed would be eligible for support through DHP? • whether a Universal Credit claimant experiencing the one week shortfall in Universal Credit Housing Element for tenants paying rent weekly in 2019/20 would be eligible for support through DHP?
